ABOUT US
SInce its inception in 2002 and the installation of a "New" leadership in 2012, New Dolphin Machining Solutions has witnessed a steady growth year on year that has pushed the firm forward from being a small size company to a medium size enterprise.
OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
We operate out of two state of the art facilities inside Chennai, TamilNadu, India with a total area of 16,000 sq.ft which houses all our machines, material and personnel required for our current production, along with additional space to augment our capacity for future customers.
OUR MACHINE TOOL LINEUP
Our machine shop is well equipped with an all CNC optimal combination of Horizontal Turning Lathes (HTL), Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) totalling to 26 machines and counting, spread across both our facilities powered by a 350HP grid power and backed by 125KVA generator power.

CURRENT PRODUCTS
BRAKES DISCS
We are OEM suppliers for brake discs fitted into passenger cars manufactured by Hyundai Motors India Ltd and Ford India pvt ltd for their domestic market and for export to Turkey and South America. We have a complete unit dedicated to the machining of brake discs for the Hyundai "Creta" model.
TORQUE PLATE
The Caliper Mounting bracket, or the Torque plate goes on both sides of the rear axle over which the disc brake caliper is mounted. Hence the name. The Hyundai Creta & Venue and the Kia Seltos & Sonet currently wear the torque plates made by us. Right here in Chennai.
